The inclined pulley deflects the return belt in the other direction. The idling pulley is not driven and is preassembled into a pulley unit suitable for assembly.

The belt conveyor system operates in a humid and dusty environment. Buffer pulleys and bearings rotate 16 hours a day under different loads. Bearing requirements are: long service life, normal operation, maintenance - free and other requirements
