  • 1.What products do you supply ?

    Hensen Bearing has inventory of over 2,000,000 bearings and engineering accessories from some of the world's leading brands, including SKF, NSK, FAG, INA, Timken, NSK, NTN, KOYO, IKO, THK, etc. We also have maintenance products, lubricants, and greases to meet all of your maintenance needs. Whether you need tools for dismantling and replacing bearings, or industrial lubricants to ensure that your equipment operates at optimal performance, we can provide you with the industry's best product manufacturers such as SKF and Shell. We are confident that we can find and purchase the products you need to restore your machine to operation as soon as possible.

  • 2.Where do you purchase inventory from ?

    All the products we sell are bought either Directly from the manufacturers or through their approved supplier network, so we can guarantee that you only receive 100% genuine products every time you place an order with us.

  • 3.How do I know if I bought a genuine product ?

    We offer full certification with all the products we sell, you can ask for Certificate’s of Conformity or Certificate of Analysis at the time of placing the order and we will issue these with your Order (this may incur a small cost depending on the manufactures terms and conditions).

  • 4.What experience do you have in the market ?

    Hensen Bearing was established in 1998, but our staff  have  have over 30 years of experience in the bearing industry. and all our staff pride themselves on gaining new product knowledge every day through industry training and engineering shows.

    Our customers come from over 150 countries  region worldwide,We supply products for some large industries including Marine, Aerospace, Rail, Automotive and Precision Engineering, so we are confident with our vast experience in multiple different industries we can meet and exceed your expectations.

  • 5.What should I do if I cannot find the bearings I need on your website ?

    While our website is always being updated with new products and brands, we cant guarantee that we have the product you require on our website.

    Don't worry, if you can’t find the product on our website you can give our helpful and friendly sales staff a call on or email sales@hensenbearing.com and they will endeavour to find what you require to get your machinery up and running as quickly as possible to help reduce your downtime to a minimum.

  • 6.Do you have a minimum order quantity for bearings ?

    No. We do not have a minimum order quantity. However,  we do offer free delivery for some  High value orders.

  • 7.Do I have the bearings I want to buy in stock ?

    We stock over 2,000,000 different types products from the leading brands in the market.

    We strive to keep most of our products in stock but if any of our stock lines are low or empty, we will replenish the stock the very next day. You  don’thave to wait too long for us to get your products in if we do not have the item in stock at the time of order.

  • 8.Can you deliver the products to my country ?

    We have shipped to 150 countries and regions worldwide, including many remote countries through our cooperative express delivery and  we  can ensure to reach all our customers when they need us.We ship all our products using our delivery partner DHL and can reach most destinations within 3 days of order.

  • 9.When can I receive my order ?

    The majority of our orders reach their destination within 1-5 working days of order, and once your order is placed you will receive your tracking information so you can always check where your parcel is in transit.

  • 10.How to return the bearing ?

    We are proud to provide excellent service to our customers, which extends to our return policy. We make every effort to meet your valid return request and will refund you as soon as possible。

    However, please do not return any inventory to us without first contacting us to discuss returning items you do not want. We do not accept returns without our prior authorization and return number.

     

    If you would like to return any unnecessary orders, please contact us and provide the following detailed information:

    l Your contact information (name, address, email, and phone number)

    l What do you want to return

    l Your purchase date

    l Acceptable return reasons

    l Order/invoice number for HenSen bearings

    We will do everything possible to meet reasonable return requirements and will issue any refund to you as soon as possible.

     

    Unwanted or damaged and defective products

    Customers should inspect products that are not wanted after receiving them damaged/defective , and notify HenSen Bearing within 14 days.If the customer believes that the goods are defective or damaged, they should notify us within 30 days. If the customer fails to notify us within 14 days of delivery that the goods are no longer wanted or if they are notified of damage or defects within 30 days of delivery, it will be deemed that the customer has accepted the products 。 We do not accept any claims for defective or damaged goods beyond 30 days after delivery.

     

    Terms For Returns

    Should the customer wish to cancel the order prior to dispatch, payment shall be refunded in full within 28 days. The customer should inspect the products upon receipt and notify HenSen Bearings  within 14 days for unwanted goods or 30 days if they deem the goods be faulty or damaged.

    Should the products be faulty or damaged, HenSen Bearings  shall take responsibility for recovery of the goods from the customer within 30 days of delivery. Goods ordered incorrectly may be subject to a handling charge and the value of the goods only will be refunded if the goods are deemed an acceptable condition. We cannot refund our shipping costs.

    Returns for incorrectly ordered goods will incur a 35% handling charge . We can take any returns request via the telephone or e-mail, Any refunds due to customers will be paid within 28 working days, and wherever possible via the original payment method.

  • 11.What's wrong with the product I received when I purchased that is not exactly the same as the product I originally purchased from another supplier ?

    Sometimes the products that have been ordered have been updated/replaced/obsolete, so in these instances we will endeavour to supply you the latest/most up to date product we can.

    R&M, Hoffmann and Pollard were all British bearing manufacturers in the 1960/1970’s but all merged into one company called RHP, so if you have ordered one of the old branded bearings we will try and source an exact replacement but if they are no longer available, we will offer you the equivalent product in RHP.

    Some manufacturers update their products and change the suffixes, for instance, FAG recently brought out an updated range of products called the X-Life range, these products are the same basic bearings but they have been improved so they may have an extended lifespan, these products will have an XL in the reference, but they are the same bearing.

    FAG also brought out a new range of Deep Groove Radial Ball Bearings, which are the C series, these bearings have a slightly different reference on them from the original parts but once again they are the same bearing just an improved version of it, so the references have changed from 2ZR/2RSR to C-2Z/C-2HRS.

  • 12.Are your products genuine?

    Of course dear friend,  If you need we can provide the official authorization letter  and if you confirming the order, we can try apply for the certificate of origin for you.

    The most important thing is that our products have a one-year shelf life, and we can replace them free of charge if there is any quality problem after receiving the goods,so rest assured。

  • 13.Does your company have an agent in our local area ?

    I am so sorry dear friend,  we don’t have agent in your local area.

    We are a secondary distributor. Only brand manufacturers have the power to set up agents in various cities.If you choose to cooperate with us, we can guarantee that the price of the products will be more competitive than the local ones.

  • 14.Does your company have any customers in our country ?

    Yes ,dear friend.We have many customers in your country, Many customers repeat purchases because our products have helped them win a good market.

  • 15.How long is your delivery time ?

    It depends on your order. Usually we have stock and the lead time is within 3 days,Normal 1-3days packing, Express :4-7days,then you can received your goods.

  • 16.what is your terms of payment ?

    Our payment terms are usually 100% TT in advance , According to the order situation, we can discuss again.

  • 17.what is you payment methods ?

    We can accept TT(bank transfer ) western union and paypal .  We can accept all major credit cards through PayPal too. You do not need to become a PayPal member to use them, and Which payment method would be convenient for you to accept.

  • 18.Which country your company located in ?

    Our head office is in HongKong China. There are also several branches in mainland China.

  • 19.Are you accept L/C payment terms ?

    I'm sorry dear friends, we don't accept L/C payment, Because of the purchase in the Chinese market, branded bearings cannot be used as L/C.Our company can’t do it, and other companies in China can’t support LC too. we only accept T/T, Can you accept?

  • 20.Are you an authorized agent ?

    Yes ,of course. We are an authorized dealer, If you need,  we can provide you with our official authorization letter.

  • 21.Can you provide product pictures for confirmation?

    First of all, I understand your ideas, but our company can only support the shooting of product pictures before delivery, please understand.

    If you are worried about the error of the goods, please check the product description and related parameters in our quotation.

  • 23.Can you come to pick up the goods ?

    First of all, our company's warehouse does not support door-to-door pickup now,, because there has been such some case where  customers came to pick up the goods and the operation was not smooth, which delayed the delivery.

    Secondly, because we want to provide you with satisfactory service and ensure that you receive the goods smoothly, we recommend that you choose the forwarders we cooperate with, because they have rich experience in the transportation of branded goods, or you have  own forwarders in China, We can send it to him for free.

  • 24.How much discount of the price of your bearings ?

    It depends on how much you buy from us , like everything else.

  • 25.Does my purchase include tariffs ?

    Most of our products include customs duties and door-to-door delivery. For special countries, please send us an email to inquire. Generally speaking, most countries can be delivered within 3 days.

  • 26.How can I get expedited shipping times ?

    Please contact us in advance at sales@hensenbearing.com to inquire about faster shipping times. You can use your DHL or FEDEX account numbers, or we will be happy to quote our discounted rates.

  • 27.shipping procedures.

    Step1: After receiving your payment, we will deliver the order to the warehouse, and the warehouse will arrange the delivery in order. The packaging time for the general order is 1-3 days.

    Step 2: After the goods are packaged, appropriate logistics and express delivery will be arranged and shipped to our freight forwarder

    Step3: After the freight forwarder receives the goods, it will arrange the booking and rowing of the order

    Step 4: After arranging the flight or ship, The goods will be shipped to your country or designated port.
