Deep groove ball bearings are the most common type of rolling bearings. The basic deep groove ball bearing consists of an outer ring, an inner ring, a set of steel balls and a set of cages. The deep groove ball bearing types are single row and double row. The deep groove ball structure is also divided into two types: sealed and open. The open type refers to the bearing without sealing structure. The sealed deep groove ball is divided into dustproof seal and oil proof. seal. The dust seal cover material is stamped from steel plate, which is simple to prevent dust from entering the bearing raceway. The oil-proof type is a contact type oil seal, which can effectively prevent the grease inside the bearing from overflowing.

The single row deep groove ball bearing type code is 6, and the double row deep groove ball bearing code is 4. The utility model has the advantages of simple structure and convenient use, and is the most common and widely used type of bearing.

working principle

Deep groove ball bearings are mainly subjected to radial loads and can also withstand radial loads and axial loads. When it is only subjected to radial loads, the contact angle is zero. When the deep groove ball bearing has a large radial clearance, it has the performance of angular contact ball and can withstand large axial load. The deep groove ball bearing has a small friction coefficient and a high limit speed.

Bearing characteristics

Deep groove ball bearings are the most commonly used rolling bearings. Its structure is simple and easy to use. It is mainly used to bear radial load, but when it increases the radial clearance of the bearing, it has certain angular contact ball bearing performance and can withstand combined radial and axial loads. It can also be used to withstand pure axial loads when the rotational speed is high and thrust ball bearings are not suitable. Compared with other types of bearings of the same size as deep groove ball bearings, these bearings have a small coefficient of friction and a high limit speed. However, it is not resistant to impact and is not suitable for heavy loads.

Structure and classification

The deep groove ball bearing has a simple structure and is easy to achieve high manufacturing precision compared with other types, so it is easy to be mass-produced in series, and the manufacturing cost is also low, and the use is extremely common. In addition to the basic type, deep groove ball bearings also have various modified structures, such as: deep groove ball bearings with dust cover, deep groove ball bearings with rubber seals, deep groove ball bearings with snap grooves, and Deep groove ball bearings with large load capacity of ball notches, double row deep groove ball bearings.

Bearing type

Deep groove ball bearings are primarily used to withstand radial loads, but are also commonly used to withstand combined radial and axial loads. In particular, the mechanical equipment has a high rotational speed. When a thrust bearing is not suitable, the bearing can be used to withstand two-way pure axial load and requires no maintenance during operation. It is a kind of bearing with low price and wide application. Deep groove ball bearing models include: deep groove ball bearings (60000 type); deep groove ball bearings with outer groove on the outer ring (60000N type); deep groove ball with dust cover on one side and stop groove on the other side Bearing (60000-ZN type); deep groove ball bearing (60000-2ZN type) with dust cover on both sides, retaining groove on outer ring; deep groove ball bearing (60000Z type) with dust cover on one side; two sides Deep groove ball bearings with dust cover (60000-2Z type); deep groove ball bearings with sealing ring on one side (60000-LS type, 60000-RZ type); deep groove ball bearings with sealing ring on both sides (60000- 2LS type, 60000-2RZ type); deep groove ball bearing (F60000 type) with flange outer ring; deep groove ball bearing (F60000-Z type) with flange outer ring with dust cover; dust cover on both sides There are 11 kinds of deep groove ball bearings (F60000-2Z type) with flange outer ring

According to the size and size of deep groove ball bearings can be divided into:

(1) Miniature bearings----bearings with a nominal outside diameter range of 26mm or less;

(2) Small bearings----bearings with a nominal outer diameter range of 28-55mm;

(3) Small and medium-sized bearings----bearings with a nominal outer diameter range of 60-115mm;

(4) Medium and large bearings----bearings with a nominal outer diameter range of 120-190mm

(5) Large bearings----bearings with a nominal outer diameter range of 200-430mm;

(6) Extra large bearings----bearings with a nominal outer diameter range of 440mm or more.

Use application

Deep groove ball bearings can be used in gearboxes, instrumentation, motors, household appliances, internal combustion engines, transportation vehicles, agricultural machinery, construction machinery, construction machinery, roller skates, yo-yo, etc.

Precautions

Deep groove ball bearings, the bearing load is too small during operation, which will cause sliding between the ball and the raceway, which is the cause of the scratch. In particular, large deep groove ball bearings with large ball and cage weights have this tendency. In many cases, the bearing will rust, resulting in many reasons for bearing corrosion. The most common factors in our daily life are the following:

1) Intrusion by moisture, dirt, etc. due to poor sealing device;

2) The bearing is not used for a long time, exceeds the anti-rust period, and lacks maintenance.

3) The surface roughness of the metal is large;

4) Contact with corrosive chemical medium, the bearing is not cleaned, the surface is stained with dirt, or the bearing is contacted with sweat. After the bearing is cleaned, it is not packed or installed in time. The long-term exposure and air are affected by air moisture. Contaminated

5) Ambient temperature and humidity and contact with various environmental media; rust inhibitor failure or quality inconsistent requirements
