Its characteristic is that its outer ring outer diameter surface is spherical, which can be fitted into the corresponding concave spherical surface of the bearing seat to play the role of centering. The outer spherical bearing is mainly used to bear the radial and axial combined load mainly based on radial load, and generally it is not suitable to bear the axial load alone.

Although its basic performance should be similar to that of deep groove ball bearings, most of these bearings are used in relatively rough machines, the mounting position is not accurate enough, the axis of the shaft and the seat hole is poorly centered, or the shaft length is deflected. In the case of the larger class, and the accuracy of the bearing itself is not high enough, and some structures are also rough, so the actual performance of the performance is comparable to the deep groove ball bearing of the same specification. For example, the outer spherical ball bearing with top wire is applied to the through shaft with large difference in deflection. The bearing has sealing ring on both sides to prevent the intrusion of dirt. The factory has filled with proper amount of lubricant and does not need to be cleaned before installation. No need to add lubricant, the top wire screw on the protruding end of the inner ring of the bearing is fastened on the shaft. The permissible axial load must not exceed 20% of the rated dynamic load.

The outer spherical ball bearing with the eccentric sleeve has the same performance as the outer spherical bearing with the top wire, except that the top wire is not on the inner ring but on the eccentric sleeve. The inner hole of the tapered spherical outer spherical ball bearing is a tapered hole with a 1:12 taper, which can be directly mounted on the tapered shaft or mounted on the shaftless shaft by means of a tight bushing, and the bearing clearance can be finely adjusted.

Outer spherical bearings are preferred for applications where equipment and components are required to be simple, such as for agricultural machinery, transportation systems or construction machinery.

It is mainly used to bear radial and axial combined loads mainly based on radial load. Generally, it is not suitable to bear axial load alone. Such bearings can be installed with inner ring (with full set of rollers and retainers) and outer ring. This type of bearing does not allow the shaft to be tilted relative to the housing, creating additional axial forces under radial load. The axial clearance of the bearing has a great relationship with the normal operation of the bearing. When the axial clearance is too small, the temperature rise is high; when the axial clearance is large, the bearing is easily damaged. Therefore, special attention should be paid to adjusting the axial clearance of the bearing during installation and operation. If necessary, pre-interference can be installed to increase the rigidity of the bearing.

The outer spherical ball bearings can be divided into three categories according to the cooperation method with the shaft:

1. The outer spherical ball bearing with the top wire is coded as: UC200 series (light series), UC300 series (heavy series), and deformation product UB (SB) 200 series. If the application environment is small, the UC200 series is usually selected. Then choose UC300 series. Usually, there are two top wires on the outer spherical ball bearing, and the angle is 120°. The characteristic is that when the shaft cooperates with the shaft, the top wire is used to top the shaft, and then the fixing effect is achieved, but the cooperation is achieved. Environmental requirements need to be small in scale. This kind of outer spherical ball bearing is widely used in various production jobs such as textile machinery and ceramic machinery.

Second, the tapered outer spherical ball bearing code: UK200 series, UK300 series. This kind of outer spherical ball bearing has a 1:12 share taper inner hole. It should be used in cooperation with the tightening sleeve. The characteristics of this kind of outer spherical ball bearing are: it can accept larger than the outer spherical outer ball bearing. load. Because the inner diameter of the same type of sleeve is smaller than that of the outer spherical ball bearing, the inner diameter of the outer spherical ball bearing UC209 is 45mm, and the diameter of the shaft used in cooperation with it is 45mm. If you change to a tapered outer spherical ball bearing, you can only select the adapter sleeve with an inner diameter of 45mm, and the tapered outer spherical ball bearing with the 45mm adapter sleeve is only UK210 (of course, if the fit is higher, you can pick UK310). As a result, the acceptance of the UK210 is much larger than that of the UC209.

Third, with eccentric outer spherical ball bearing The code is: UEL200 series, UEL300 series, SA200 series. The first characteristic of this kind of outer spherical ball bearing is that the upper end of the bearing has a certain degree of partial pain, and the partial pain set with the same degree of partial pain cooperates with it. Such bearings can also be said to be special bearings. Since they are mainly used on agricultural machinery (harvesters, straw returning machines, threshers, etc.), such spherical spherical ball bearings are mainly used in the layout where the beating is strong, and the pain is particularly painful. The cooperation of the layout can be useful to cut the strong beat.
