The SL series bearings are called the German INA bearings. The SL bearings are usually guided by two ribs of a bearing ring. The cage, the roller and the guide ring form a combination, which is generally a separable bearing. Such a bearing is relatively convenient to install and disassemble, especially when the inner and outer rings are required to have an interference fit with the shaft and the housing. These bearings are generally only used to withstand radial loads, and only single-row bearings with ribs on the inner and outer rings can withstand small axial loads or large intermittent axial loads. Compared with deep groove ball bearings of the same dimensions, such bearings have a large radial load capacity and are also suitable for high speed rotation from a structural point of view.

Cylindrical roller bearing without ribs or inner ring without ribs

NU type cylindrical roller bearings have two ribs on the outer ring and no ribs on the inner ring.

N-type cylindrical roller bearings have two ribs on the inner ring and no ribs on the outer ring.

NU-type and N-type cylindrical roller bearings allow biaxial axial displacement of the shaft relative to the bearing housing within a certain range, that is, can withstand the length variation caused by thermal expansion of the shaft, so it is suitable as a non-locating bearing. NJ type cylindrical roller bearing has a double rib on the outer ring and a single rib on the inner ring.

NF type cylindrical roller bearing has a single rib on the outer ring and a double rib on the inner ring.

NJ and NF cylindrical roller bearings limit the axial displacement of the shaft or housing in one direction, achieving unidirectional axial positioning and withstanding small one-way axial loads.

NUP cylindrical roller bearing, the outer ring is double rib, the inner ring has a rib on one side and a retaining ring on the other side. This type of bearing can be used for bidirectional axial positioning of the shaft and can withstand axial forces in both directions. The structure of the bearing is available in NUP...N. The NJ cylindrical roller bearing with the slanting ring HJ is like a NUP cylindrical roller bearing and can be used as a locating bearing.

Cylindrical roller bearing without inner ring or without outer ring

The RNU type has no inner ring bearing and the outer ring has double ribs, which is a NU type cylindrical roller bearing without inner ring.

The RN type has no outer ring bearing and the inner ring has double ribs.

RNU type and RN type cylindrical roller bearings for radial size limited parts, the journal or shell hole surface directly serves as the raceway surface, the hardness of the raceway surface, machining accuracy and surface quality should be compatible with the ferrule The raceway is similar.

Cylindrical full complement roller bearing

Generally, the outer ring double ribs and the inner ring single block structure, that is, NJ...V, NUP...V, RNU...V, etc., are compared with the roller bearing of the similar structure with the cage. The utility model has the advantages of large rated load and simple structure. In the case that the rotational speed and working temperature are not very high, the lubrication condition is good, and the cleanliness of the cabinet is relatively high, the full roller structure should be preferred.

Reinforced cylindrical roller bearing

The main dimensions of the E-type cylindrical roller bearing are the same as those of the common type, but the diameter, length and number of the roller are increased, so the bearing capacity is also increased accordingly.

This type of bearing is distinguished from other bearings by the addition of "E" to the basic model. The diameter of the inscribed circle of the roller is different from that of the ordinary bearing, so it cannot be interchanged with the ordinary bearing.
